How long does a planning decision take?

Householder applications are typically determined within around eight weeks of validation, though it varies by council and workload. We manage the application and keep you updated throughout.

What if planning is refused?

We design to give the application the best chance, but where a refusal happens we review the case officer's reasons and advise on a revised scheme or the appeal options.
